Wow... long time, long post...

So its been a couple months since I have posted anything on here... so I will try to remember what we have been doing. Time just seems to be flying by. These kids are getting so big so fast. Taylor is almost 2 and a half. Skylar is 6 months old. Taylor weighing in a generous 23 pounds... at least she has made it onto the doctors "chart". Skylar is a whopping 14 pounds and is 25%ile for everything. Taylor is singing and dancing her way through every day. She has a HUGE imagination. She cracks me up everyday... mostly all day. Potty training is done, and then we go on a trip or something and throws it all off... ONE day she will be set to go, um I hope. Sky is happy and sits up, scoots ALL over the place, almost has the crawling thing down, has one and a half teeth. She is getting a new crop of fuller hair. She sleeps great and taylor and her LOVE each other. Justin is doing awesome this semester in school and keeping busy working full time at Adobe still. He is a busy guy and we love him for all he does. He just got back from Cali on his first "work trip". Sometimes I wonder when I will get a "work trip". But that would include taking my kids, SO... don't know if I would be up for that. I stay home and play and be Mom all day, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love these two little crazies. I am grateful to be a mom and to be able to spend so much time with them. It gets overwhelming at times and hard, I'm not going to lie, but in the end it is ALL worth it. Conference was great, but again, I need to reread/listen to it ALL because I have a couple busy bodies that don't exactly allow us to pay attention to anything but them.

Taylor and Me just hanging out and having a good time.
Justin and Tay at the park. (This pic cracks me up, looks like he is holding her up by the scruff of the neck or something)

Taylor and cousin Carter at chuck-e cheese
Went to get sky after she woke up, taylor had been in there previously, and stuck her with a nice eye sticker. Skylar didn't move a muscle. Just deer in headlights look until I removed it.
At the aquarium

Just watching her big sis run around and go down the slide...

My friend Emily and her husband invited me to go to the Jazz game with them. Fun to catch up with them and Laci.

Sisters

I've got great family who were just here for conference weekend, and friends who I have seen quite a few of the past couple weeks. Life is still good! :)

Not much here

January is over... halfway through February. Crazy. I really cant wait for summer... not even summer, spring at least! The girls and I have been cooped up inside all winter and I am losing it a bit I would say. Can't wait to go for walks outside or just anywhere really. I'm done being cold and just want to go play now.
Taylor, as of lately, WONT take a nap unless I stay in there until she falls asleep, which doesn't work all the time because Skylar is awake...or she falls asleep eating "a snack"
Skylar is more pleasant than ever. Love this little girl. She is 4 and half months now and weighs 12 pounds. She laughs a lot and LOVES taylor. As of lately she has figured out how to Roll all over the place.
The 3 here just looking at dad's computer trying to figure out what songs to work out to...
Birthday lunch with my sisters at Nasty Wingers. Sticky fingers salad is pretty good though
Found her sunglasses and she wouldn't take THOSE off at all...

Life is good

2011

Its a new year. yay. For new years eve we hung out with the whole wirig crew and had a fondue dinner thing. It was fun. The kids always have so much fun when they are together.

The Little Cousins...
Kimball's Birthday Dinner
Taylor was so excited to Give uncle kimball birthday presents at work, and cried for him when we left because he was on his lunch break and she didn't get to see him.
My family came out for a week and half and hung out. Loved it. Here we are at tucanos. Just missing my big brother who had to stay in seattle and work
Taylor loves working out with me. Ha. She picked out her outfit, and I love it. Just getting her snack afterwards.
Here is little chubby skylar. 4 months old now.
Taylor always has to "hold it". But "it" could probably hold taylor instead.
While my mom was here we drove down to st. george for a day and played with my grandma.
At the Childrens museum in salt lake. Taylor thought it was amazing that paper could fly over a fan
She just is shopping and she was LOVING that everything was her size. She loves going to the real store.
Riding a huge plastic horse with her cousin carter
Taylor and carter. 5 days apart. They LOVE each other and NEVER fight when they are together.

And here is a video of taylor singing the 1st article of faith. She loves to sing

Christmas '10

Kinda a long and lot of pics
Taylor was Very Proud of her decorating
Well Christmas this year was another fun filled time for us! Taylor is now 2 and old enough to LOVE everything about this holiday. She loved Santa ( i thought she would freak but she just talked and hugged him) Skylar on the other hand did not love that big guy. We made gingerbread houses, played in the snow, and just hung out and had a good time. Christmas eve dinner was amazing there at the Wirig house and beautiful as always. That was followed by opening pajamas and having the annual dance rave with glowsticks around the Christmas tree! Finally we went to bed and Taylor was WAY too excited she couldn't sleep. She just kept saying she wanted to see santa (she clearly doesn't get that you have to be asleep for him to come) then she finally passed out then woke up in a frantic at 3 in the morning screaming to go upstairs and see santa. We woke up finally and opened presents and had breakfast with everyone. Then went to our house and had our little family christmas. We were so blessed with lots of love from both families! Right before christmas, Skylar and I flew home to WA to pick up a car and drive it back. So it was a short trip, but I got to spend some time with my grandma and parents! So that was fun.

Family Pics

Baby Sky... almost 3 months old
Taylor...2 and letting EVERYONE know it

Oh man... pictures with kids is IMPOSSIBLE!!! but, somehow we pulled some off. Taylor is scared of men she doesn't know, and the photographer brought her sweet husband to help her, and she would not smile or stop crying unless he was OUT OF SIGHT! It was freezing, but we got it done. Love my family!
