4th, Zoo, Disneyland and Malibu

Its been a fun past few weeks. The 4th of July was great as usual. We went to Justin's Parents' neighborhood and watched their cute parade and had the big breakfast and games. Then we just hung out, swam, and ate some good food. Later we watched fireworks. Danielle and her family were up from St. George, so we took all the kids to the zoo on monday. Also, justin's brother BJ and wife Katie blessed their cute new little baby Ellie on sunday.

Uncle Justin

So then Randomly and last minute we all decided to go down to California for a fun week of beach and play. we got everyone we could from the wirig Fam and took the trek out there to Malibu where some of my family have a beach house and were super kind to let us stay there while nobody else was. My favorite vacations as a kid were at that house. We saw a seal, some dolphins, lots of surfers and paddle boarders, and awesome view everyday. The house is sitting on stilts, so the water literally goes under the house and splashes up onto the lower deck when its high tide. We all slept great with the sound of the ocean just right in our ears! On Friday, we also just last minute went to Disneyland, and as usual, was a blast! They had this awesome parade that the kids LOVED and all the characters stopped right in front of where we were and gave high 5's and pulled the kids out to dance in the street with them. It was so fun. I couldn't go on all the big rides again, but it was magical day as always. We ended it with the disneyland fireworks which is my favorite part!

Parade
Standing in line for Peter pan
Daddy's Girl for sure!
Tay found some binocs and thought it was a camera... so she would say "cheese" everytime she would look through them.
Nephew Camden holding the big ol shell
So taylor woke up and went out on the upper deck to go look at the ocean. I went out and couldn't find her. I snuck up on this chair and there she was just takin it all in. So cute

The House
We missed everyone that couldn't come!
Baby is doing good. I am almost 30 weeks thank heavens..feeling it, and looking it.
Sister-in-law Kara gets home next week from her mission in Kirtland. I can't even wait.
Life is good.
I also got to stop by and visit my mom who is with my grandma in the hospital in Vegas after her horrible car accident, but she is doing great.

Yee Haw Rodeo & A St. George Quickie

We got to go to the Lehi Rodeo on friday. That was a blast. Justin had never been to one, and I love them. We went with our friends from the ward who are expecting twins. So it wasn't all the comfy sitting on the bleachers but it was worth it.
We took a quick trip down to St. George Saturday morning to move my grandma down there. So that was fun to visit with her and then of course stop by and visit the Squires family... who talked us into staying the night. Its fun to have family all over. Pretty much WAY too hot for me down there in the summer to live, but its a nice visit everytime!
Oh and everything is going good with being pregnant besides feeling like I am so filled with water that you could throw me in a pool and I would just float. 27 weeks down... too many to go.

Happy Fathers' Day, Birthday, and Summer

Its been a good month. It started off with my 25th birthday that I got to celebrate with family. Fathers' Day was a good day. I am grateful for all the dad's in my life. Justin is an awesome dad. Taylor LOVES her daddy, in fact she doesn't call for me when she wakes up or is sad, its "daddy". But I love that. It's only "mommy" when she gets hurt. We are grateful for him and all he does for this family. We had a picnic and then went to dinner at the Wirig house. After we got to go spend some time with his grandparents. Taylor LOVES them and instead of calling them grandma and grandpa Great its Grape. WE showed her a picture of them and she smiles and says "grapes!" They are so sweet and we love them so much! It was a good day. Now one month from tomorrow Justin's sis and mine too, gets home from her mission in Kirtland! Can hardly wait!

A St. Georgey Memorial Day

This weekend was way fun. We decided to go down to St. George and spend some time with our favorite family down there. Taylor loves hanging out with her big cousins and we love hanging out with everyone too. We went somewhere past Mesquite where its a natural hot springs pools and park and stuff. So we spent saturday there and it was fun. Sunday was church and just hanging out. Monday we woke up, and the boys and Joss went fishing while Danielle and I took the 2 littles and went shopping and got some killer deals on some kids clothes at the outlets. Then we came home and watched the kids play outside on the slip and slide and in sprinklers. I don't think anything beats just hanging out in your backyard playing in sprinklers. They were having a blast. We had a little bbq and then headed home that night so Justin could make it back to work by morning. It was a good time as always! Taylor is growing up and its crazy how much she learns without me even knowing. She will copy anything you say pretty much, she sings songs, and she has got a way funny personality. I must say though, she is a girl with attitude and if you make her, she WILL show you! Crazy there are going to be 2 little girls in this house soon. Almost to my 3rd trimester and I can hardly wait to not be pregs anymore. Oh we also bought a new car... Honda Pilot and we are liking it :)

Here are girl cousins riding and singing "wheels on the bus"
Best Buds Taylor and her cousin Emma at their dads' baseball game
Taylor LOVED the trampoline down there!
Watching the big kids slip and slide
And loving it herself
Blondie and we love her
The squires bunch ready to slide...these kids are HILARIOUS...and we love them too
Just resting at the park and pool
On the road again
Gotta love tramp hair... and by tramp I mean trampoline

Washington Trip and Baby

(Taylor ready to load up and go flying on the airplane)

Taylor and I went on a little trip while Justin stayed home and went to school and worked...(he got a job at Adobe so thats exciting) We flew to Washington to visit my parents for the week. It was fun and Tay got spoiled to death by "damma" and "campapa". The weather couldn't have been more perfect. We played outside and went shopping and just mostly hung out and had a good time visiting. We got to skype justin everyday so we could talk to him.. that was fun and we wish he could have come with us. My parents have a huge great dane and a cat... then there are a ton of animals running all over the fields and yard all the time... Taylor was in heaven! We aren't around any animals here so it was fun for her to see real life things instead of in her books.

(Below: Teaching taylor that the smell of washington rocks is THE best smell in the world)

BJ and Katie had their second little girl on Tuesday... welcome Ellie... Taylor LOVES her cousin already and asks to go back and see her

(Below: Found her this morning stuck in the toy box a panic...took just a sec to take a pic)

Where to Start?! and we're having a...

Yes, first off we went to get our ultrasound yesterday and saw our baby GIRL! So cute and she was moving all over. We have a dvd of it and pictures. I love her a ton already. It will be fun for tay to have a sister so close and for us not to have to buy all new boy stuff!!!

I said I was going to update this once a week... that was a month ago or something. A LOT has been happening so get ready for a big ol post!
Justin and I got to get away by ourselves for the first time since we have had Taylor. His parents watched Taylor for us down in St. George with his sister's kids while they went on a get away as well. They are the best! We went to California and just basically did whatever we wanted. We met up with Danielle and Stuart at Disneyland on friday and that was a lot of fun. Other than that we just took it easy, visited some family, and drove around.

My old roommate, Mikale, Came into town too so a few of us got together to for a little bit and catch up.

Then we had Easter. Tay had a lot of fun this year! Thanks to her grandma and grandpa Wirig, they had an easter egg hunt for us all at their house! It was conference weekend as well and my whole family was here for my sister Michelle's wedding. It was really good and for some reason I have no pictures of it. But we are really happy for them! It was fun, as always, to spend time with my family!

Taylor loves hats and getting dressed. She brought me everything to wear right here except the sweater. Not bad I guess.

This is Taylor in our parking lot...she would NOT cross the big ol cracks. Now she has gotten more brave and doesn't care. But it was pretty funny.

Don't mind the heart attack on the plate, but we went out to dinner at the Outback.

I came out of the bathroom and taylor was staring up at me with this cheeser smile and put the glasses on all by herself...she was very proud! She LOVES wearing glasses as well!

Another thing she LOVES is basketball. She loves to watch it and play it. The ball is as big as her still, but she loves it and it was her first "BIG" word a while ago. "Bat-ket-bah!"

We all went to Thanksgiving point petting zoo place with the Tay's cousins. It was fun and she loved it...she even rode a horse!
