The REST of CALI trip!

So anyways, the boys went fishing while the girls hung out and went shopping. The next day we all woke up early and headed out for Disneyland. If you ever want the BEST time of your life at Disneyland, go with the Wirig family for the best experience you will ever have there. I love watching everyone get so excited, the rides all planned out of where and what time we go on them, the fast pass runner in between rides, everyone singing and walking perfectly to the beat of the music on disneyland's Main Street. Hands in the air and smiles from EVERYONE watching, its like a musical! :) Really it makes me so happy. So we went, and it was my birthday so I got to go the the City Hall and Goofy got to sing happy birthday to me, while the worker gave me a button that said my name and happy birthday on it. So all throughout the day, everyone was telling me happy birthday, not just the workers, but random people too. A little girl named Jordan asked if she could come to my birthday! SO first ride, PETER PAN! Here is everyone getting onto Peter Pan~

Oh yeah, the second ride we went on was Pinocchio! We were the only one's on the ride, and when we got off two disneyland workers gave our whole group free Hopper Passes to Disneyland and California Adventure with Fast Passes to the most popular rides! Its was an awesome suprise. WE are part of Disney's year of A MILLION DREAMS! THANKS WALT! Anyway that was fun. We stayed from9 in the morning until 11 at night. It was a long, fun-filled day.
Our last night on the beach we all took pictures and enjoyed the sunset.

Friday we all headed to San Diego. WE took a tour of the Midway. An old Aircraft Carrier. It was HUGE but pretty cool to see how people lived on there for so long and how perfect everything had to run in order to survive!
Here is Danielle giving Justin a haircut in the barber shop! She's a pro! They even had a JAIL on the boat!
After we went to Old Town San Diego and ate some lunch. Then that night we went to a Padres Game where they played the New York Mets! Padres WON!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PADRES... we are now fans!

It was a way fun trip, I love spending time with family any chance I get. I love that Justin's is SO close and we get to see them all the time! I love them!

CALIFORNIA VACA!!!

OH MAN!!!! I Love vacations... especially when they are with the people you love most. The Wirig family took a road trip out to Oceanside, CA where we stayed for a week at a beachouse! I really had so much fun. I love the beach... and everything that has to do with it, watching the surfers catch a wave :) or family out catching waves of their own boogie boarding. One of God's creations that we don't get to see everyday so I am grateful we got to spend some time out there.
The trip there was fun. We rode with Justin's brother BJ and his cute prego wife Katie. I'm glad cause I didnt feel as bad asking to take a pit stop every second. Only got car sick once and then we were on our way again. :) We got to the house in the early evening and it was awesome. We spent time just hanging out and talking, playing games, had a beach day and all sorts of other things. One morning there was a big huge aircraft carrier unloading troops that had been out to see for months. So thats what you see these boys pointing to out the window. Helicopters and boats going to and from the big ship. It was pretty cool. In the picture in the middle you can see justin's bummed middle finger.. nicely wrapped like a corndog. He shatterd it a couple weeks ago playing softball, and had surgery just a couple days before we left for cali. I felt bad for him. He cant swim or get it wet or dirty at all, and I know he wanted to go boogy-his-board bad! SOrry jus!

St George and the TRIP...

Well we went to St George again this past weekend.. which was a well needed break from here!!!! I love going down there and hanging out with the family and in the sun! Ok so on the way down, Justin drove, I sat passenger, and Kara (sis-in-law) sat in the back. We got dell taco and ate as we drove. The problem is that I started drawing in the car after that and um... about an hour and a half outside of St George... I started feeling queezy and told justin to pull over NOW... but it didnt happen fast enough. So I tried to hold it in.. but couldnt.. instead.. I lost everything I had eaten that whole day onto my lap... my hair, and covered my face. Finally we pulled over and it Grossed me out so bad that it just kept making me you know "sick" all over. I had to get out... and Justin had thrown up too because it was so gross. So it was a LOT to clean up.. I had to stand outside in the freezing cold and it was starting to rain... so I changed infront of cars passing, had to put my hair up in my hat cause I couldnt stand the smell of my hair. I still reaked and it was a long trip the rest of the way there. It was really funny though. We just laughed about it all weekend.
We got there and the kids all met us outside. I had some laundry to do so did that... then we just hung out all weekend. Played games, swam, watched movies, bbq. It was also little niece's 1st birthday. She is so cute! Had cupcakes and a yummy dinner. We went back sunday and spent mothers day over at the Wirig Home. So its been adventures and fun the past week! I love my family!

News and More....

Well its been an exciting, crazy, long/fast couple of months! First of all some news that hasn't exactly been announced officially. So, Justin and I will be having a baby in November. I guess technically I will be HAVING it, but he will have it.. make sense? yeah, anyway. We are really excited! We had the first appointment last week and got to hear the little heartbeat. I hope those appointments get less and less awkward! haha. Anyway, everything is going great. The doctor said everything seems to be going perfect. The heartbeat is "strong"... however he can figure that out, beats me, but I'll take it. So yeah, Im done with the 1st trimester so hopefully the sickness of smells and taste and looks of things will go away, and I will be a happier person.. cause last few months I would be one of the 7 little dwarfs named GRUMPY! So sorry justin! He really takes good care of me no matter what, he's the best! Other news, all of my girlfriends are home from their missions and have seen them in the past few months.. except one. I LOVE it! We had a little bridal shower for one of my favorite people ever! And there it was a little reunion of the "oldies" from Raintree!

More news... Jazz Games! Yep, watch them all without fail, but they are doing good at least!

Its feeling like summer out there finally which gives me hope. I cant wait to just be warm always!

Friends

So on Saturday I got to have lunch with these 3 beautiful girls! It was so much fun to sit and catch up, talk about the times we all lived together at Raintree and laugh our heads off. Just made me realize once again that I lucked out with friends... always have and hopefully always WILL! Danielle have fun in Europe! Laura....you crack me up, and Chels....well hope you hate Texas so you come back soon! :) just kiddin' have fun! Love ya'll!

A little Break; Freaky towns, crazy smiles, and greyhounds!

Justin and I took a little road trip up to Montana this past week to celebrate my grandma's 70'th birthday and her going through the temple for the first time! Thank you Justin, he drove the whole way up there. On the way up, we stopped for gas somewhere RANDOM in this town that Justin swore we were going to get murdered. Its called Deer Lodge. Weird though because I didn't even see a lodge there at all. But as soon as we drove in, there was a huge old cobble stone prison, with a huge brick wall gating it off. Um and there were like 3 cars and NO people walking out and about. We asked how to get back onto the freeway, and the gas lady said there is only one way out, and it wasnt the way we came in. WEIRD.. seriously its hard to describe. Anyway we got there, and we visited the fam for a while. My mom's whole side of the family was there. It was great. Well, we got to sleep in a camper! haha. It was pretty awesome. An adventure!

The next day we had a big ol birthday party and stuff. Then we woke up, went to church on sunday, then left right after. It was fun seeing all my little cousins and everything there.

Oh and peter had THE best P.J's EVER.. they had wings!

Oh and on the way home we saw STUART on the Greyhound.. so we took a picture!

All in all it was A great trip, and Nice to get away for a while. There is nothing in this whole huge world that is better than family! Happy APRIL!

Snowboarding! and FUN

I have been craving SNOWBOARDING all winter long. We finally went a few weeks ago with Justin's Sister Kara and Her friend Adam. It was really fun fun fun. Except I was super tired like 2 hours into it. But still fun, as stated earlier. Life is good and CRAZY stuff is going down, but loving every bit of it. Life is full of exciting suprises and full of FUN... um, and stuff
